A fresh and flavorful salad combining creamy avocados, juicy cherry tomatoes, and delicate mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into wedges.
  2. Mix the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and the fresh, torn basil leaves in a large bowl.
  3. Add the avocado slices gently to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss everything gently to combine, keeping the avocado wedges intact.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill for a short time before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one day. Use lemon juice to help prevent browning.
