Hearty baked chicken thighs, golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For perfectly crispy skin, avoid covering the chicken while it bakes and do not overcrowd the pan.
