Delightful no-bake treats made of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, perfect for gatherings and holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter and butter together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Sift powdered sugar gradually into the mixture while stirring.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, leaving a portion uncovered.
  7. Return dipped balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Allow chocolate to cool and harden before serving.
