Cheesy stuffed burgers are a fun twist on the classic burger, bringing a burst of melted cheese in every bite.

  • 4 oz cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Divide the beef into equal portions and flatten them into patties.
  4. Place a piece of cheese in the center of half the patties, then cover with the remaining patties and seal the edges.
  5. Grill the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
