A quick, healthy, and delicious stir fry meal featuring chicken, vegetables, and noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, mixing everything together until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Customize with your favorite proteins or vegetables. Can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu.
