A rich and creamy chocolate ganache tart with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any dessert lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined and sandy.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  5. Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers, stirring gently.
  6. Whisk in the chopped dark chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  7. Stir in the confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  8. Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled tart crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling. Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
