Delicious no-bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars that combine rich peanut butter and chocolate flavors for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Press the oat mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch lined baking pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes
