Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in another bowl.
  3. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes, cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
