An easy no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate frosting, reminiscent of classic French éclairs.

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding mix with the milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined, creating a light and fluffy mixture.
  3. Create a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over this layer of graham crackers.
  7. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Frost with chocolate frosting on top for a classic eclair finish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Consider serving with fresh berries or a drizzle of caramel sauce. It pairs well with coffee or iced tea.
