  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup fruit glaze or apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet into a large circle. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until nice and smooth.
