Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
