  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes under cool water and slice them in half.
  3. Combine the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Toss the halved potatoes in the herb mixture until evenly coated.
