A simple and flavorful grilled chicken recipe infused with lemon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a delicious marinade that will elevate your chicken.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they’re fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While your chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let It Rest: After grilling, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate your chicken overnight. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
