Delicious and nutritious turkey meatballs that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they register 165°F internally.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, bake from frozen at 350°F until warmed through.
