Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the marinade.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for better flavor).
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
