Instructions

  1. Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Lay a layer of graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the crackers.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding if using.
  5. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and pudding until all ingredients are used.
  6. Chill the dish covered with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  7. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
