A delightful blend of textures and flavors featuring layers of chocolate, coconut, and a sweet condensed milk topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the sweetened shredded coconut over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and optional chopped nuts over the coconut.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

For best results, cool completely before cutting. Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate or add salt for flavor variation.
