  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the chocolate pie crust.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to toast the marshmallows.
