A rich and chocolatey dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fluffy marshmallows.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
  3. Layer the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts over the crust, creating a fluffy and crunchy base for your pie.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the whipped cream mixture generously over the marshmallows and nuts, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute graham cracker crumbs with ground nuts or gluten-free cookie crumbs.
