  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the peanut butter into the mixture until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix together the rolled oats and baking soda in another bowl.
  6. Combine the oat mixture with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M candies until evenly distributed.
  8. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
