A delightful no-bake cheesecake that combines creamy goodness with fresh berries, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, consider adding a little less Greek yogurt. You can also experiment with berry varieties.
