Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  2. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Pour this filling into the prepared crust.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  4. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the pie.
  5. Garnish with lime slices.
