A creamy, delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake, perfect for any occasion without the hassle of baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos for topping
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in another large bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos. Allow the cheesecake to set overnight for the best texture.
