Healthy and easy to make no bake protein bars, perfect for a quick snack or energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, and any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
