- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Chocolate for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo Cookies by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin or food processor to get fine crumbs.
- Mix together the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
- Coat each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and tap off excess.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
