A stunning and easy-to-make dessert, layered with fresh strawberries, blueberries, creamy pudding, and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the Cake Layer: In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  2. Add the Creamy Pudding: Add a layer of half the vanilla pudding over the pound cake.
  3. Build the Whipped Cream Layer: Layer with half of the whipped cream, followed by half of the strawberries and half of the blueberries.
  4. Repeat the Layers: Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, pudding, whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries.
  5. Garnish with Fresh Mint: Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Chill and Set: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use day-old pound cake and feel free to swap in seasonal fruits.
