Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), letting the warmth fill your kitchen.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl; stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, packing it down firmly.
  4. Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and optional nuts evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
