Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and optional nuts over the crust.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the entire surface.
  6. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
