A quick and easy dish combining fresh salmon, herbs, and lemon, perfect for busy weeknights or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Be sure not to overcook the salmon; it should be flaky but moist. You can add other vegetables like asparagus or bell peppers to the sheet pan for a complete meal.
