A quick and delightful dish combining fresh shrimp with zesty garlic and a kick of heat from red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
