  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix together olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
