Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
