A hearty, filling, and protein-packed turkey chili that’s perfect for meal prep and customizable with your favorite toppings.

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a spicier chili, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce. You can also use other beans or vegetables for variation.
