Deliciously soft and chewy cookies featuring a rich combination of white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and then add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until well blended.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
