A delicious and healthy Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon recipe that combines the sweetness of honey with the savory taste of soy sauce and garlic.

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon on it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For a quicker marinade, let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes instead of 30. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Adjust the honey and soy sauce to fit your taste preferences.
