  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Optional: bell peppers, onions, or zucchini for skewering

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
